About the Space

The studio is in a white, brick building in Mesa, AZ and lends itself to studio lit photoshoots. An aritifical LED light wall is mounted alongside the paper backdrop system with a laminate floor to offer flexibility and the illusion of a window in the enclosed space. The door(s) can be propped open to allow for natural light to hit the backdrops and/or the white brick walls as well.

There is a mounted backdrop roller system with various 107" seamless paper colors available for use. Please inquire for what colors are currently up. There is also a detached backdrop stand available to use with the smaller 53" seamless paper backdrops to offer more flexility. Various chairs and stools are available to use for your photoshoot. The building itself can be a backdrop as it is just a plain, white, brick building. Please see more content and behind the scenes photos and videos located on our IG, @narrative_studios.

READ BEFORE BOOKING:

Two hour minimum booking. Requests for reservations less than 2 hours will be declined.

*OVERTIME*: Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments subject to space’s availability.

*$20 extra for a full new sweep of seamless paper. Otherwise, the current sweep may have some shoe prints, etc to be edited in post; let us know if you don’t mind, or would like to pay for the clean sweep.

If the backdrop is not used on the ground or is kept clean of prints, there will be no added charge.

*TERMS + CONDITIONS:

•50% deposit due at time of booking. Balance due by day of rental. •Cost for additional time that was not billed during the initial booking will be due at the end of the rental. •$50 cleaning fee will be required if an excessively dirty studio is left behind. Additional charges may apply. •Rental time is strictly within the time booked. You may not enter the studio early to set up, and please be mindful that the space needs to be cleaned and vacated by the end of the scheduled time slot. •There is no smoking allowed in or around the studio premises. •No one under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will be allowed in the studio. •No animals allowed without prior approval. •No glitter or confetti is to be used without prior authorization. •New backdrop colors can be ordered and installed for a fee with at least 7 days notice. •Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental time are eligible for a refund. •No refunds if cancelled with less than 48 hours of rental. •Rescheduling is subject to studio + studio representative's availability.
